Contracted Position -Testing Coordinator
Job Description
Under the supervision of the Chief Academic Officer the testing coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supervising all state mandated testing for RMP.
Essential Functions
- Attend all testing coordinator meetings and share the information with all administrators and staff
- Work with CAO, IT Director, Principals and Deans to facilitate a successful testing environment and experience for all scholars
- Notify parents about upcoming testing schedules
- Provide testing information to the Communication Coordinator for the website
- Prepare a testing schedule for all RMP scholars
- Coordinate testing schedule for scholars with IEP’s in conjunction with the EC Director and staff
- Conduct in-service training session/PD with building personnel who will administer each major test
- Ensure that the school/state approved testing security policy is implemented and adhered to during testing.
- Ensure that testing occurs within the testing window designated by DPI and the State
- Ensure all online testing materials, logins, passwords, are secure and received for all testing students. Order all testing materials from the state. Immediately upon receipt of test booklets, ensure they are counted and number of booklets represent the testing inventory ordered.
- Provide EOY projections reports and school progression reports
- Maintain all scholars testing data
- Create all reports for progress monitoring
- Coordinate make up testing
- Ensure that all testing materials are counted and organized as directed by the test administrators’ guidelines to be sent back to DPI.
- Ensure that answer sheets and necessary documents are checked for accuracy and completion
- Report any breaches of testing security to Chief Academic Officer and DPI.
- Submit written report to DPI and CAO pertaining to breaches in security
- Recruit and train volunteering proctors

Contract Amount: $10,000 Total Contract - to be paid on a monthly basis

Experience: Prior experience in a school environment is required
